Artwork Guidelines & Specifications

Art File Requirement

The file type accepted is a press-ready PDF w/resolution of at least 300 dpi. We will perform a preflight of your file and notify if conflicts are learned, i.e. low-res images, font conflicts, color build, etc. Contact your Customer Service Representative for assistance.

Imprint Area

The imprint area is the area you specify where we will print your artwork.

Imprint Size

The imprint size refers to the dimensions allowed on the item in question. Imprint size varies depending on the size and shape of the item, as well as the print method used.

PMS Colors

PMS is also known as Pantone Matching System, an industry color matching system primarily used in printing. With a corresponding Pantone color for
each shade in your logo, we can ensure that all of your branded materials match exactly. The Pantone System usually contains a number and letter combination for each color.

ART PROOFS

You can download your proof for future reference of company routing. You should also save a copy of your artwork for future reference.

Text Imprint Only

• Provide the exact copy you want imprinted
• Provide select or specify typeface/font name and size

Other Guidelines & Helpful Information

• When requesting color imprinting provide your specific PMS ink colors (we are unable to use artwork in process color, CMYK or RGB)
• We are unable to imprint any artwork that contains gradients, please provide solid color art only, indicating screen value.

Submitting your Artwork to Cenveo

If placing a new order on our website, upload your artwork and/or specify your custom copy online.
