Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by Cenveo. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of third-party websites, services and advertisements, and you visit them at your own risk.

We recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Information that is shared with us as part of using our Site. As used in this Privacy Notice, "Personal Information" means any information that may be used, either alone or in combination with other information, to identify an individual.

We may receive and/or collect Personal Information in the following ways:

2.1. Personal Information You Provide To Us On Our Site. If you send us a “Contact Us” request or feedback, or if you seek information about our products, services, and prices, or in connection with purchasing a product or service, you may be required to provide us with certain information that may constitute Personal Information, such as:

  • Personal Information contained in communications you send to us.

We may collect your Personal Information via email, by phone, by text, by instant message, live chat, social media platforms, and through third party advertisers.

When purchasing services on our Site, we (or our third party service providers acting on our behalf) may require you to provide financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address and credit card number.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information.

We do not sell, lease, rent or otherwise disclose the Personal Information collected from our Site to third parties unless otherwise stated below or with your consent.

4.1. Our Third Party Providers. We transfer Personal Information to our third party service providers to perform tasks on our behalf and to assist us in providing our Site.

4.2. Business Partners. From time to time, we may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. If you purchase a jointly-offered product or service from us, or otherwise direct us to do so, we may share Personal Information collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with our joint promotion partner(s). We do not control our business partners’ use of Personal Information, and their use of your Personal Information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5.  Retention of Personal Information.
We will retain each category of your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in Section 3 above, unless otherwise required by applicable laws. We consider the following criteria to determine how long we will retain your Personal Information including whether: we need your Personal Information to provide you with the services you requested; we continue to have a business relationship with you; you have requested information or services from us; we have a legal right or obligation to continue to retain your Personal Information; we have an obligation to a third party that involves your Personal Information; our retention or recordkeeping policies and obligations dictate that we retain your Personal Information; we have an interest in providing you with information about our services; and we have another business purpose for retaining your Personal Information.

6.  Opting-Out of Promotional Emails.
You may choose not to receive future promotional or advertising emails from us by selecting an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that you receive from us, or by responding to the emails directly and requesting removal if such a link is not available. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences to Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with us or our services. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we may still send you a response to any “Contact Us” request as well as administrative, maintenance and operational emails (for example, in connection with a password reset request).

This Section applies to our collection and use of Personal Information if you are a resident of California, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and its implementing regulations, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CCPA”). We must verify your identity before fulfilling your requests. If we cannot initially verify your identity, we may request additional information to complete the verification process. We will only use Personal Information provided in a request to verify the requestor’s identity. If you are an authorized agent making a request on someone else’s behalf, we will also need to verify your identity, which may require proof of your written authorization or evidence of a power of attorney.

You will not be discriminated against in any way by virtue of your exercise of the rights listed in this Privacy Notice, which means we will not deny goods or services to you, provide a different prices or rates for goods or services to you, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services to you. 

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to requests within the time period required by applicable data protection laws. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.  The response we provide will also provide the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive or repetitive. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

9. International use of the Site.
This Site is hosted in the United States. If you are visiting this Site from outside of the United States, please note that by providing your Personal Information it is being transferred to, stored, collected, or processed in the United States, where our data center and servers are located and operated.

10. Data Security.
The security of Personal Information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy.
Our Site is not intended for children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 16 years of age.

12. How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals.
Cenveo does not track Site users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. Accordingly, we do not currently respond or take any action with respect to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of Personal Information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party web sites or online services. This Notice may be amended from time to time. Unless otherwise indicated, any changes to this Notice will apply immediately upon posting to the Services, so please check our website periodically for updates.
